Notice to Bidders – Gravel
Closing Date: June 16, 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Butler County Board of Supervisors of Butler County, Nebraska, will receive Sealed Bids for Gravel at the County Clerk's Office at the Courthouse, 451 5th St, David City, Nebraska 68632, until 9:00 a.m. on June 16, 2025, after which time they will be publicly opened and read. Special Provisions are available at the Highway Dept. at 3190 “N” Rd, Suite 2, David City, NE for the following:
- Gravel to be delivered on County Roads and Mail Routes in each township from July l, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
- Gravel picked up by the County at the Bidder's pit location from July l, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
The Butler County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive all technicalities and to reject any and all bids.
